Oh i love the roller skates, i can close my eyes and see myself scooting along on those babies...ahhhh
Gorgeous pics...and a happy week to you too...xx
The roller skates are a great find. I love the old school skates. Yes, so '80s (possibly '70s). I had a red and yellow pair.
I love the little golden book, I have a few myself but i don't think i've seen this one.
Had fun checking out the Adelaide Roller Derby site. Great to see the resurgence!
Lovely photos again Julie - looks like you have all been busy. I love the roller skates; is there anything you can't find by the side of the road? Remember I'm waiting for those dining chairs...
i'm loving all the re-published golden books. treasures!
All these things are so great - I love them all! But those skates a roadside find?! That's super lucky!
On Golden Books
Keep a look out for one about a girl who is starting school - i think her name is Susan, its from my very tinyhood and I would love to see it again, but so far cannot be found. Its wonderful my bubba enjoying The Little Red Caboose (who always came last!) again (and again and again) just like his daddy did. love always to you - the dolls house is awesome and your knitting improved! suzx
I will keep my eye out for that one down here in D'laide x
