The colour theme for today is cooling blue. I am always trying to catch birds in flight. Flying gulls and swallows are my favourites, with gulls being of course the easier to capture. This blue winter coat has a flying gull repeat pattern on the inside lining which I find very dear - will have to include a pic of that another time.

We have such gorgeous little birds in our garden, but so very hard to capture. I have so many pics of blue skies or branches or fences with missing birds
